Role: Oracle Data Migration Engineer / Developer
Type: Full time – Perm or Contract

Skills: Oracle Database (12c/19c/23c), Oracle Exadata, OCI, ODI, PL/SQL, SQL, Data Migration, ETL/ELT, AWS, Data Warehousing, Performance Tuning
Experience: 6+ years
Requisites:
- Lead large-scale Oracle data migration and transformation programs involving highly complex and sensitive enterprise data.
- Define and execute data migration strategies, ensuring secure, accurate, and near real-time synchronization across integrated systems.
- Architect and develop high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using ODI, Oracle GoldenGate, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Establish strong data validation, reconciliation, governance, and security controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize database performance, complex SQL queries, and migration bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards, especially for sensitive PII/SPI data.
- Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python, shell scripting, AWS, and real-time replication solutions.
