A Snapshot of Your Day

Contributing to a strong global brand: As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Global Marketing at Grid Technologies, you will join an international marketing organization that turns complex energy technologies and innovation into clear, compelling market communication. You will support our Global Marketing Team in our Budapest Office. Through your work, you help ensure that our content is perceived worldwide as professional, high‑quality, and fully aligned with the Grid Technologies brand.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Support the adaptation and continuous improvement of a broad range of Grid Technologies marketing materials for global use
• Help ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand compliance across all content
• Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing and cross‑functional teams, contributing directly to a strong and consistent global presence
• Create, revise, and adapt marketing and communication materials in line with Corporate Design standards, including brochures, flyers, presentations, white papers, reference materials, and technical documents
• Perform layout adjustments, formatting, and visual refinements to enhance quality and readability
• Support the harmonization of templates, presentation formats, and document standards across regions
• Ensure high quality in terms of branding, structure, visual consistency, and usability
• Maintain and organize marketing assets in SharePoint and other internal systems
• Work closely with Global Marketing and external agencies

What You Bring

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Media, Communication Design, Technical Journalism, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• Very good proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with confident use of Word and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and first experience with AI‑enabled tools are an advantage
• Ideally, initial practical experience gained through internships or similar roles
• A structured, detail‑oriented working style, strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative mindset
• Excellent in English language, both written and spoken. Hungarian language is a plus.
