What you’ll do

You step directly into one of our companies and work on:

• operations
• growth
• sales
• partnerships
• execution
• new ventures
• scaling existing businesses

You work closely with founders and the YOUNG holding team.

No simulations.

No fake cases.

No corporate hierarchy.

You become part of the business from day one.

The Structure

You start with an intensive 50-day build phase.

If there is a strong match, we move fast towards a long-term role as operator or co-founder.
