Responsibilities

• Assist technical department on service routine which includes the following:
• Assist technician on their daily service calls
• Troubleshooting & Repair Home Appliances Products
• Assist technician in preparing and returning spare parts
• Any other administrative tasks, as & when assigned by the superior.
• Learn to analyze product issue base on error codes and training provided.
• Learn to look at spare part portal on BOM (built of material) list for technical setup of appliances.
