This role involves managing social media accounts and copywriting while driving end-to-end content creation, and content planning. It requires developing engaging, platform-relevant content aligned with brand voice and business objectives, along with overseeing content calendars and campaign execution.

Job Responsibilities

  • A social media–first thinker who lives and breathes content, with a strong passion for content creation and staying updated on trends
  • Ability to not only create content but also understand and execute organic distribution strategies
  • Develop and manage content calendars for brand social media pages
  • Short-format copywriting across digital channels
  • Ideate and execute content for product launches and campaigns in collaboration with the reporting manager
  • Communicate effectively with clients on briefs, task lists, and deliverables
  • Coordinate closely with designers on task execution, priorities, and timelines
  • Manage and maintain brand social media pages, ensuring consistency and engagement
  • Work on performance tracking and reporting as required

Experience Range

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive

Education Qualifications

  • B.A. in Creative Writing / Journalism / Communication Arts or equivalent

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong copywriting skills (short format copies).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Meta Suite, and basic familiarity with AI tools
  • High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
