Business Analyst responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of business and technology solutions by coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze business processes and identify improvements
- Prepare BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
- Support testing, UAT, and project implementation
- Track project progress and report insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with Excel, JIRA, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience as a Business Analyst preferred
