Role Overview
The Head of LATAM D&T is responsible for leading the delivery and execution of digital and technology capabilities that support Haleon’s commercial and operational priorities across the LATAM region.
This role acts as a senior regional technology partner to LATAM commercial and functional leaders. The focus is on translating business priorities into effective, scalable digital solutions, ensuring strong adoption, operational stability, and measurable business impact across diverse markets.
The role requires a strong understanding of the LATAM consumer and commercial landscape, combined with hands‑on leadership experience across sales, marketing, eCommerce, and digital platforms, alongside operational technologies including infrastructure and cyber security. The Director will work closely with global product and platform teams to ensure regional needs are met while aligning to global standards and roadmaps.
This role demands clear communication, delivery credibility, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology in a complex, matrixed environment.
