Team Lead – Project Manager

Salary: 80k-90k

We are seeking a Team Lead – Project Manager to support and guide a team of 8–12 direct reports while assisting the Discipline Manager with day-to-day operations and project execution. This role will be responsible for driving project deliverables, supporting Statement of Work (SoW) management, and ensuring alignment between team performance and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily task delegation and coordinate updates to Statements of Work (SoWs), including quoting and scope adjustments

Track and report SoW progress, deliverables, and status updates to SoW owners
