Job Purpose -

Responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing delivery of business applications within the corporate environment. Also manages the end-to-end application delivery lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are implemented on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate releases, manage risks, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the delivery process.

Job Responsibility -

Application Delivery Support & Quality Assurance

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end support of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.

• Contribute to maintaining quality assurance processes, ensuring applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards.

• Provide support during deployments, ensuring smooth execution with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Support comprehensive testing strategies to meet required quality standards and ensure application functionality.

• Contribute to integrating automated testing tools for enhanced testing efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintaining detailed documentation for testing processes, deployment procedures, and issue resolution.

Operations Support & Incident Management

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Own day-to-day support, resolving technical issues quickly to ensure high availability and performance.

• Lead efforts in incident resolution, minimizing disruptions to business operations.

• Monitor application performance, suggest optimizations, and implement improvements.

• Conduct detailed root cause analysis for incidents and recommend preventative measures.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Alignment

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business, domain architect and technical stakeholders to ensure applications delivering as per business expectations

• Provide technical insights to align application delivery with strategic business goals.

• Collect and analyze feedback to inform ongoing improvements and enhancements.

• Ensure applications and services meet customer needs and expectations, monitoring satisfaction levels and addressing concerns promptly

• Ensure proper communication and training are provided during application changes or upgrades to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.

Vendor Management & External Applications Collaboration

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Oversee vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, ensuring service standards are met.

• Work with External Applications Managed Services Delivery Manager: Collaborate with external managed services teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and alignment with business needs.

• Provide regular reports on vendor performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Support contract review and negotiation processes to optimize vendor agreements and service quality.

• Identify and address risks related to vendor dependency and ensure continuity of services.

Market and Technology Trends

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Keep up with emerging technologies and trends to influence application support strategies.

• Evaluate the current tech stack and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.

• Assist in managing third-party vendors to ensure high-quality services and solutions.

• Suggest adoption of new tools or frameworks to maintain competitive advantage and innovation.

Resource and Process Optimization

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in application delivery and support.

• Help identify ways to optimize costs while maintaining application quality.

• Utilize data analytics to uncover inefficiencies and drive process optimization.

• Advocate for and implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.

Applications Handover, Utilization, and Renewals

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Lead the smooth transition of applications from development to operational support, ensuring all documentation, knowledge, and resources are transferred effectively.

• Monitor applications closely after handover, ensuring stability and addressing any emerging issues.

• Track application usage and generate detailed reports on performance, identifying areas for optimization.

• Ensure Track application lifecycle milestones, renewals, and licensing to ensure continued service and compliance

Education -

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant field.

• 3 years of relevant experience.
