We are now seeking for a Contracts Specialist to our team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant Engineering disciplines from a reputable university.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, contract administration and claims management within renewable energy, power generation, EPC, construction or industrial projects.

• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience in renewable energy projects (wind, solar, BESS or related infrastructure projects) is highly preferred.

• Experience in international projects and working with foreign contractors, suppliers and consultants.

• Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts, EPC contracts and international contracting practices is preferred.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong contractual, commercial and analytical skills.

• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and continuously improve.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and contract/document management tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Preparation, review, negotiation and administration of contracts, subcontracts, amendments, variation orders and other contractual documents for the Company’s renewable energy and international projects.

• Coordination and management of contract approval, execution and signature processes in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures.

• Management of claims, variation orders, extension of time requests and contractual correspondence with contractors, suppliers and consultants.

• Management and tracking of all types of guarantees and bonds including Advance Payment Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Retention Bonds and Warranty Bonds.

• Preparation of periodic contractual reports for senior management.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of the Company’s contract management processes and templates.
