We are looking for new colleagues as “Key Account Manager” in İstanbul/Anatolian Side accordance with the following criteria for our company:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manages and organizes Contract Logistics (bonded and non-bonded warehouse, domestic distribution services) sales activities mostly through tender processes and ensures volume and revenue targets are met,
- Accountable for the overall ownership for all customers assigned to the Key Account and building strong relationships with the decision-makers and influencers of the clients,
- Identify clients’ business strategies and objectives, logistics needs and buying criteria to develop and articulate value-based solutions to address their needs and wants,
- As end to end owner of the tender process, being accountable for identifying all relevant tender opportunities with associated submissions being delivered comprehensively and competitively, through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Generates new opportunities and develops local differentiators and formulates a business plan to support target delivery,
- Act as the link between the Operation, Solution Design key clients and other stakeholders. Follow-up, provide input and be actively involved in tender management process,
- Responsible for achieving the Actual GP targets for Additional Business, Contract Renewals, and New Business from new customers, primarily through the sale of Ekol standard products (bonded and non-bonded warehousing, domestic distribution services),
- Ensures sales systems and reporting are up to date for management tracking, analysis and planning,
- Monitor adherence to tender nominations, commitments, terms, and conditions with an aim to increase share of wallets in line with business goals,
- Driving of SOP roll-out and maintenance,
- Collaborate with local and international colleagues to provide first-class service to further increase customer satisfaction and loyalty,
- Produce monthly operational dashboard, showing KPI & SOP compliance ratios, identifying root cause for service failure and drive corrective improvement plan including related responsibilities and timelines,
- Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders/product to detect existing and potential process errors, determines corrective measures and follows up to ensure processes have been improved and implemented,
- Ensure timely, accurate invoicing to customer and money Collection.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in related fields,
- Able to deeply build an understanding of Key Account customers strategic intent and current position, thereafter identifying further opportunities for partnership,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Build strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally,
- Strong business judgement, proven ability to influence others,
- Self-motivated, result driven and can be counted on to exceed goals successfully,
- Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness,
- Able to undertake challenges and take the initiative,
- Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills,
- Candidates with experience in warehouse and distribution, sales and customer management are preferred.
