🎯You will be a perfect match for the Product Strategy team in the automotive sector if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business management or related field,
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in product management especially in light commercial vehicle market with direct product responsibilities (planning, pricing, marketing, incentives, distribution, and/or sales, knowledge of the homologation, technical requirements and regulations in LCV market)
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail. Distinctive problem-solving and strategic capabilities
  • Strong team member with leading skills,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office programs – particularly in Excel
  • Good organizational and planning skills,
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy,
  • Strong consumer and product awareness,
  • Energetic and highly motivated,
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Extensive data analysis experience is required,
  • High tendency for self-development and contributing to the business,
  • No travel restrictions
  • Automotive industry experience - especially in LCV market is a plus.

📌Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy for Light Commercial Vehicles, with a particular focus on panel vans, by monitoring market and competitor trends and ensuring competitive product positioning and pricing.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end conversion projects, including shuttle and VIP applications, by closely following all phases from concept and technical requirements to homologation, quality, pricing, marketing, and launch readiness.
  • Manage conversion business partners and oversee feasibility evaluations to ensure commercially viable and technically feasible project execution.
  • Develop and execute 360-degree go-to-market and launch plans for new products and converted vehicles.
  • Build product roadmaps and working launch plans, and present recommendations and progress updates to key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Track sales performance closely, analyze dealer- and model-level results, and develop actions and strategies to improve performance across the LCV business.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain product brochures, technical data sheets, and other key documentation required for product management and launch activities
