What is the Summary of This Position?
In this role, the purpose is to identify, develop, and manage strategic business development, licensing, and partnership opportunities that support the company’s growth and profitability objectives, and the role will report to the International Markets Business Development Manager.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Conduct regular source scouting for wishlist products,
- Determination of BD opportunities in line with strategic portfolio analysis,
- Manage licensing acquisition activities with identified suppliers; and identify licensing opportunities aligned with the company’s profitability targets,
- In line with BD opportunities, making evaluations and developing business partnerships with suitable companies,
- Transferring these associations to commercial contracts in close cooperation with the legal department,
- To ensure the supply quality of contract and co-marketing customers in coordination with external purchasing and planning departments,
- Budgeting and managing the Business Development contract and co-marketing business and setting long-term goals,
- To follow and execute Business Development contract activities,
- To prepare analysis, reports and presentations on Business Development contract activities,
- Participate in required internal and external weekly and monthly meetings and prepare related reports,
- Forming connections with potential client leads through verbal and written communication, preparing proposals, working on commercial agreements and negotiating with companies,
- Coordinate preparations and manage operational activities for participation in national and international business development fairs and exhibitions.
Which Profile Are We Looking For?
- University graduate from the field of business, engineering, biology, economics or pharmaceutics,
- Preferably has at least 7-8 years of experience in the area/areas of Business development, strategy, marketing, licensing and project management,
- Has high level command of English,
- Preferably has experience working at pharmaceutical, production or R&D companies,
- Preferably knows how to use Ms Office, IQVIA, Cortelllis, Rx Media and SAP.
