The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head of Paid Social to lead our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll dive deep into the technical intricacies of paid social campaigns, using your expertise to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

You’ll be joining a specialised performance agency that houses some of the brightest marketing minds globally - where collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning are at the heart of what we do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Paid Social specialists, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
  • Assign workloads and projects effectively, ensuring every team member’s strengths are utilised
  • Execute and oversee testing, measurement, and analysis to identify trends and maximise ROI across multiple paid social campaigns
  • Build and optimise campaigns aligned with best practices across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Get hands-on with strategy execution, regardless of client size or spend
  • Track, report, and analyse performance across all Paid Social initiatives, driving continuous optimisation
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Search, Content, and Design teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rate, CPCs, CPMs, ROI, CPL, and customer acquisition
  • Recommend and implement new features, tools, and betas to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Manage pacing and budget adherence across accounts, flagging and resolving challenges early
  • Ensure workflows, activities, and client deliverables are logged accurately in our CRM (SENTR)
  • Report weekly to the General Manager on team KPIs and performance outcomes

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Paid Social, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Agency experience is essential
  • Deep expertise across Meta, Instagram, and Facebook advertising, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and service-based campaign strategy
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results and ROI across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively
