We’re looking for a high-impact ICT Services Coordinator to lead the integration of cutting-edge digital systems on a major construction project, working at the intersection of tech and build. This is an initial 2-year contract, augmenting our Construction project on-site in East Brisbane.
Your day at NTT
- Translate IT project management requirements into actionable construction site activities.
- Coordinate NTT’s technical delivery with building trades and other on-site contractors.
- Act as the central integration point for all on-site works, ensuring alignment across disciplines.
- Manage day-to-day site logistics associated with NTT’s technical deployment.
- Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and technical teams to maintain delivery timelines.
- Monitor site progress and proactively resolve coordination issues to avoid delays or scope creep.
- Conduct regular WHS safety briefings and reporting activities

- Strong background in construction with proven experience in IT or technical project environments.

- Familiarity with on-site safety protocols, logistics planning, and contractor workflows and liaising with NTT Data internal WHS team.
- Effective communicator with a practical mindset and attention to detail.
