Robert Half Technology is seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist I to join a high-performing global support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment and enjoys being the frontline point of contact for technical issues. You’ll play a critical role supporting end users across a large, enterprise-level organization, delivering white-glove service to professionals and leadership alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity
- Manage and resolve 25–35+ tickets daily within a ticketing system (ServiceNow or similar)
- Escalate complex issues to Tier II or specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain ownership of tickets through resolution, ensuring strong communication with end users
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows environments, and enterprise applications
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvements
- Assist with software testing, deployments, and periodic IT initiatives
- Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly when supporting high-profile users
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Help Desk / IT Support experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting Windows OS performance and connectivity issues
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (2013/2016/2019/365)
- Experience troubleshooting software applications (legal apps a plus, but not required)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Mac OS support
- Exposure to MDM tools (Intune preferred)
- Active Directory and Exchange administration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise or professional services environments (legal is a plus)
Compensation & Work Environment:
- Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 base (non-exempt) + overtime eligible
- Work Model:First 30 days: 100% onsite in local office for training
- Post-onboarding: 90% remote aligned to assigned shift
- Quarterly onsite week required for team collaboration
- Multiple shift options available (24/7 coverage environment)
