We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist, responsible for delivering high-quality technical training programs to internal teams and external partners across the META region. This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with Sysmex’s global standards and support the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver technical training sessions (in-person and virtual) for service engineers and technical staff.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and documentation in line with Sysmex standards.
  • Assess training needs and design programs to address skill gaps.
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical workshops on Sysmex products and solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and technical support teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations during training activities.
  • Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback forms, and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with product specialists, technical support teams, and global training units to ensure consistency.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements during all training activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical service or training within the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Sysmex products and diagnostic solutions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus; for ex Russian).
  • Ability to travel within the META region as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the META region.
