Administration of the outsourcing register and information registers (in accordance with DORA)
Support for the responsible Key Account Managers in the 1st line of defense about banking supervisory and regulatory requirements, specifications, Coaching
Carrying out classical 2nd line of defense control activities
Supporting Third-Party Risk Management in performing their duties
Developing guidelines and solutions for implementing new regulatory requirements at group level, for example in guidelines and procedures
Participating in projects
Drive and help to digitize, automize our processes also with the help of identifying and implementing AI – use cases
Qualifications:
First experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Controlling, Non Financial Risk Management or in related areas
Degree in economics, business adminstration or engineering
Strong analytical skills including data analytics
Very good English language skills, French and/or German language skills are also required
Confident use of all common MS Office applications, tools for data analytics etc
