About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Project Superintendents to oversee the build-out and renovation of high-end interior spaces in the greater New York City region, Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, manages field operations with precision, and ensures that all work meets our quality standards, schedule, and budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Oversee all day-to-day field operations, including coordination of subcontractors, material deliveries, site logistics, and adherence to project schedule.
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure compliance with construction documents, specifications, and safety standards.
Schedule Oversight: Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules; identify and address potential delays; work closely with the Project Manager to keep the project on track.
Subcontractor Coordination: Lead daily site meetings, manage subcontractor sequencing and productivity, and resolve conflicts swiftly and effectively.
Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols; conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact on-site for clients, architects, engineers, and building management representatives.
Documentation: Maintain daily logs, track site conditions, coordinate inspections, and assist with punch list completion and project closeout.
Competency in Procore required.
