About your new role

We are looking for a motivated and hands on Production Supervisor who can ensure smooth daily production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow and develop their career in the industry further. If you thrive in a dynamic production environment, enjoy coordinating people and processes, and are ready to take on broader responsibilities across the plant, this opportunity offers a solid path for long term development.

While expected to work mainly standard business hours, the position requires flexibility to occasionally work on schedule to cover absences (three shifts pattern, including night shift).

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, coordinating teams, allocating tasks, and ensuring smooth execution of the production plan.

• Manage essential administrative and organizational activities, including coordination of personnel, materials, warehouse interactions, orders, requests, and logistics.

• Support plant-level reporting, preparing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, presentations, and tracking process deviations.

• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, and H&S standards, conducting routine checks and supporting audits.

• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for employees, promoting safe behaviors, teamwork, and operational discipline.

• Contribute to improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and collaborating with Production Managers and the Plant Analyst

What you bring:

• Experience in production ideally within the food industry.

• Confidence with using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), or digital factory tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology & Quality or similar will be an advantage

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide, influence, and motivate frontline operators.

• Comfortable running daily meetings, onboarding sessions, and safety briefings.

• Able to work a regular 8:30-17:30 schedule, with readiness to occasionally cover shift-based operations (including nights) when required.

• Knowledge of quality, food safety, environmental, and H&S standards (or willingness to learn quickly).

• High degree of ownership, reliability, and comfort in a dynamic environment.
