As a Tech Lead, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with team leadership responsibilities. You’ll guide the development of scalable systems and AI-driven solutions, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Provide technical direction in Python-based development
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, supporting their growth and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in software architecture, scalability, and performance
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern technologies
🧠 What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Python
• Proven experience in AI / Machine Learning projects
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding or mentoring teams
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English
