PROTON Young Talent (PYT) Program is a fast-track development program designed for high-potential young graduates to accelerate job competence at the Entry Level. It starts as a one-year comprehensive development program using a blended learning approach that provides exposure to our operations before permanent placement to relevant Divisions in PROTON.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates / University graduates with minimum CGPA 3.30
• Achieved at least 4A’s in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
• Active in extra co-curricular activities
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
