Lab Technician (all genders)

We are looking for a hands-on laboratory support professional within the Lattiz Systems team, who will execute tests and measurements on advanced milk-foaming machines and consumables. In this role, you contribute to ensuring reliable machine performance and consistently high in-cup milk foam quality. Your work directly supports the continuous improvement of a unique, high-complexity beverage system used by professionals across Europe.

Vacancy description

• Perform laboratory tests on Lattiz machines, subsystems, and consumables
• Measure and analyse machine behaviour, including water, air, temperature, and flow performance
• Evaluate milk foam quality based on texture, stability, and consistency
• Execute hygiene, sealing, and robustness tests
• Maintain test setups and laboratory equipment
• Report test results clearly to engineers and project teams
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary R&D environment
