TSG is growing and is looking for an Electrical Engineer to take the role of E-Mobility project manager. The successful candidate will lead the deployment of EV charging projects, ensuring that installations operate safely and in full compliance with applicable regulations. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the energy transition, working with national and international clients in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end deployment of EV charging infrastructure projects, from survey to commissioning.
  • Read, interpret, and review detailed electrical plans and technical drawings (LV/MV), validating design solutions against site conditions and standards.
  • Act as Técnico Responsável de Exploração (TRE) for electrical installations, ensuring safe operation and regulatory compliance (DGEG, E-Redes, applicable RTIEBT/RSRDEEBT).
  • Coordinate technical solutions, quotations, and cost estimates with engineering teams and suppliers.
  • Travel to project sites to coordinate, supervise, and inspect electrical works in progress.
  • Interface with subcontractors, installation teams, clients, and regulatory entities to ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for licensing, permits, and project execution.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical projects, construction, energy, or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret detailed electrical designs and technical drawings (LV/MV).
  • Eligibility and qualification to act as Técnico Responsável de Exploração (TRE) for electrical installations.
  • Solid knowledge of electrical project execution and applicable Portuguese regulation.
  • Availability to travel regularly to project sites.
  • Strong coordination skills for managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Registration with the Ordem dos Engenheiros.
  • Valid driver's license.
