We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to join our IT department, reporting to Sean O’Connor. This is a business-critical replacement role with high visibility and impact across the organization.

What’s the job all about?

With ongoing organizational changes and a legacy ERP landscape, the ERP Manager plays a key role in ensuring stability while improving processes and ways of working. This position is responsible for leading the ERP function and shaping how systems support the business today, while contributing to future direction and strategy.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?

You will take ownership of the ERP domain and be responsible for:

• Leading and managing a multidisciplinary ERP team, including developers, business analysts, and project managers
• Overseeing day-to-day ERP operations to ensure reliability and business continuity
• Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across systems and teams
• Driving improvements in ways of working and contributing to cultural change within the team
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders
• Supporting and guiding ERP-related initiatives and projects across the organization
• Who are we looking for?
• We’re looking for a pragmatic and experienced leader who can balance maintaining existing systems with driving improvements in a changing environment.

You’ll likely bring:

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle Dynamics, and AS/400
• A solid understanding of ERP-supported business processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in business relationship management and stakeholder engagement
• The ability to work effectively in a less structured and evolving environment
• A forward-looking mindset with a practical approach to improving existing systems
• Strong communication skills and adaptability
