Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help shape, define and deliver change initiatives across the organisation. Reporting into the Change Delivery function, you will lead business analysis activities, advise colleagues on best practice, and ensure change initiatives are clearly understood, well‑scoped and aligned with organisational priorities.
You will work on agile and waterfall projects, provide clarity on business needs, and support decision‑making through evidence‑based analysis.
