About the role

Reporting to the Head of Service, this is a key national role within the Vehicle Service department, responsible for driving network performance by maximising active customers, supporting vehicle service excellence through service product participation and implementation, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction to enable business growth.

Acting as the central liaison between the Service Department and Business Development Managers (BDMs), this role ensures strong strategic alignment and effective two‑way communication with regional teams and dealers. The role also leads the development of national and tactical service campaigns, incentive programs, and customer engagement initiatives, while monitoring key service KPIs and working with regional teams to implement corrective actions and performance improvements where required.

Service managers with leadership experience or Business Development Managers from OEM background will be viewed favourably!

How you'll make an impact

  • Serve as a conduit between the Service Department and BDMs, ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Oversee Network Service Performance, drive and monitor improvements across the dealer network.
  • Oversee, measure & propose improvements in vehicle service / ownership journey management in conjunction with CRM team to enhance long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage service leads in partnership with digital teams while driving National and DLR campaign delivery to improve conversion, engagement, and service promotion.
  • Develop & execute service campaigns, and oversee service website, marketing, and service product advertising strategies.
  • Own monthly DLR service KPI reporting to senior management, driving improved reporting and insights, and providing backup support for service forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.

What you'll bring to Honda

  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, commerce or similar areas or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management& execution skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and changes in data and make decisions accordingly.
  • High proficiency in Power BI, excel & powerpoint
