Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Recruitment Assistant / Head Hunter to support our US Legal Search Firm. This role is focused on outbound candidate outreach, appointment setting, sourcing, and recruitment support.
The ideal candidate is confident in conducting high-volume cold calls, building rapport with professionals, and maintaining organized candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
The initial screening process for this role will be handled by our AI recruiting agent, Olivia.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach to legal professionals to generate interest and build active talent pipelines
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Senior Legal Recruiters, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-through
- Maintain and update the ATS and candidate database with accurate, organized, and current records
- Track all outreach activity, candidate responses, and follow-up schedules to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Prepare candidate summaries and provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
- Support daily recruiting operations and help the team meet pipeline and outreach targets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience sourcing passive candidates, ideally supporting the U.S. or Canadian market.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above) with clear speech, professional tone, and the ability to articulate ideas confidently
- Comfort handling spontaneous, unscripted conversations and building rapport quickly over phone and video
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outbound recruiting, appointment setting, high-volume recruiting environments, or sales and business development environments.
- Familiarity with recruiting in the US or Canada is a plus.
- Experience working remotely or supporting international teams preferred
Work Environment:
- Contract - Full Time
- Fully remote set-up
- Must have reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
- Should have a contingency plan in case of power outages and ISP issues.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time 6 AM to 3 PM).
