Sample Team Leader (12 Month Parental Leave Contract)

About the role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll manage multiple concurrent studies, balancing quotas, suppliers and timelines while maintaining strong control over data accuracy and quality.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring fieldwork is delivered on time, within quota and error-free.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sample, quotas and fieldwork delivery across multiple projects
• Maintain accurate, real-time quota trackers
• Reconcile completes, quotas and supplier delivery
• Monitor fieldwork performance and resolve quality issues
• Provide sample feasibility and forecasting input
• Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Apply QA processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity

About you

• Experience in market research operations, sample, fieldwork or panel management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and quotas concurrently
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation)
• Confident working with data and performance metrics
• Highly organised, deadline-driven and solutions-focused
