Cushman & Wakefield | TR International is seeking an Analyst / Consultant to join its Capital Markets team in Istanbul.
This role sits at the core of the firm’s investment advisory and transaction platform, supporting complex, high-value capital markets mandates while also taking independent ownership of smaller and mid-sized assignments. The role further plays an active part in business development, deal origination and client pitching activities.

Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution & Deal Leadership
- Support senior advisors on complex, multi-asset and multi-party transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, recapitalisations and portfolio mandates
- Take end-to-end responsibility for execution of smaller and less complex capital markets deals, under limited supervision
- Coordinate inputs across valuation, agency, research, legal and tax advisers to ensure consistency and execution quality
- Manage timelines, assumptions, analysis and client deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle
Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling
- Build, review and refine institutional-grade financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity and scenario analysis)
- Assess pricing, risk, structuring alternatives and return metrics for investors and owners
- Translate analytical outputs into clear investment narratives and client-ready materials
Business Development, Proposals & Pitching
- Actively support business development efforts, including:
- Preparing client proposals and pitch materials
- Assisting in deal sourcing and origination activities
- Conducting market and investor targeting analysis
- Contribute to origination ideas and proactively support senior team members in developing new mandates
- Participate in client meetings, pitches and investment discussions
Market Intelligence & Research
- Monitor capital markets trends, transaction evidence, yields and investor behaviour
- Maintain and enhance internal transaction and market intelligence databases
- Support preparation of market insights and transaction commentary for pitches and advisory work
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–3 years experience (Analyst) or 3–5 years experience (Consultant) in:
- Capital Markets
- Investment Advisory
- Valuation
- Real Estate Consulting
- Banking, Corporate Finance or Private Equity with real estate exposure
- Strong Excel-based financial modelling capability; PowerPoint proficiency essential
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in:
- -Economics
- -Business / Finance
- -Engineering
- -Urban Planning
- -Architecture (with strong financial orientation)
- Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
- International exposure is an advantage
