The platform is entering its next phase of institutional scale, with a near-term focus on ERP implementation, close acceleration, and building a systems-driven accounting function fit for increasing complexity and a future transaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the modernisation of the accounting function, replacing manual processes with automated, systems-driven workflows across AP, accruals, expenses, and close
- Own ERP selection and implementation, integrating with CRM, billing, and payroll to build a scalable finance technology stack
- Drive close acceleration and data integrity while delivering GAAP-compliant reporting
- Own revenue accounting including ASC 606 and ARR/CARR oversight in a recurring-revenue model
- Establish institutional-grade controls, policies, and an audit-ready environment for the sponsor and board
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team to support growth
Ideal Candidate
- Controller or VP Accounting from a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS / recurring-revenue business, CPA required
- Demonstrable full-cycle ERP implementation and finance system integration experience
- Track record improving close timelines and building accounting rigour in scaling environments
- Deep US GAAP and ASC 606 expertise, particularly SaaS revenue
- A transformation leader with a clear point of view on automation and AI in finance; high ownership, hands-on, comfortable in ambiguity
