Our client, a mid-size DC law firm, is seeking an E-Discovery Counsel
Salary: 230K-260K
Hybrid: 2 days/week in office

The opportunity
Supervise, mentor, manage staff and contract attorneys, apply e-discovery expertise to review platforms, advise on e-discovery tools best practices, manage team workflow, create timelines, ensure deadlines are met, review productivity, quality control, address performance concerns, work with vendors, etc.
Required
Must be DC barred (active & in good standing), plus barred in your state of residence (or have ability to waive in)
Supervising: 5+ years' experience supervising staff attorneys and contract attorney teams working on high-stakes complex litigation matters
Significant electronic doc review experience, strong technology skills
Advanced Relativity – Relativity certifications are preferred, strong skills with various document management platforms, Adobe, MSOffice
Strong experience advising, setting up, and managing TAR 1 and TAR 2 workflows.
Familiarity and prior utilization of AI tools.
