Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Printer Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate a 6-colour CI Flexo press using water-based inks, ensuring top-quality print results, safety, and efficiency. You’ll take pride in producing high-quality packaging while maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and oversee a 6-colour flexo CI press, ensuring print quality, colour accuracy, and production efficiency.
  • Monitor all stages of the printing process — from setup to final checks — meeting production targets and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality and safety checks, maintaining compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting continuous improvement across the team.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively and communicate any material or production concerns.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience operating flexographic printing machinery, ideally 6-colour CI presses.
  • Strong understanding of print quality, colour control, and production efficiency.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Good numeracy, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to support production needs and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
