New Business Manager – Payments & Crypto Infrastructure / FinTech Startup!

Location: Remote (Europe)

€55,000 – €65,000 + uncapped commission

We're very proud to be supporting this well-funded, early-stage fintech company to source and secure multiple New Business Manager's across Europe.

The company is building next-generation global payments infrastructure - combining traditional banking rails with stablecoin and blockchain technology to enable fast, programmable, and borderless money movement. Think "Stripe meets crypto rails."

The platform provides businesses with a Euro IBAN and a crypto wallet within a single system, supporting real-time, 24/7 settlement across fiat and digital assets. The company is one of very few licensed businesses to issue a euro stablecoin, and holds a strong regulatory position under ECB/MiCA frameworks.

The role

This is a true new-business role. The successful candidate will own outbound prospecting, discovery, and pipeline development from scratch, working closely with the Business Development Lead and product teams to bring a highly differentiated, technical product to market.

  • Generate and qualify new business across fintech, payments, and crypto-native sectors
  • Run outreach, discovery calls, and product presentations end-to-end
  • Build and manage a consistent, high-quality pipeline
  • Support proposals and commercial discussions with prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to understand and articulate the platform clearly
  • Track activity, pipeline progression, and performance metrics

The ideal candidate

  • Has commercial experience in payments, fintech, or digital assets - ideally with exposure to high-risk verticals such as gaming, FX, crypto, e-wallets, or alternative finance
  • Is familiar with European payment ecosystems; those with experience at e-money institutions, payment processors, or licensed operators across regulated European jurisdictions are particularly well placed
  • Possesses strong outbound instincts and is comfortable building pipeline from zero
  • Can understand and credibly sell a technically complex, differentiated product
  • Is proactive, self-sufficient, and motivated by high ownership in an early-stage environment
  • Is fluent in English; additional European languages are a strong plus

The client base consists of businesses underserved by traditional banking - crypto and Web3 companies, high-volume cross-border traders, and merchants in complex or higher-risk sectors including gaming and alternative finance. Candidates who have built relationships in these spaces will hit the ground running.
