  • Conduct in-depth industry, market, and competitor research.
  • Liaise with valuation agencies, developers, and government bodies for updates.
  • Track real estate market developments and their impact on lending.
  • Fraud & Risk Control
  • Develop checks to prevent multiple/excess funding on properties.
  • Maintain databases of disputed properties, public notices, and securitization alerts.
  • Conduct property audits to analyze collateral risk.
  • Project Monitoring
  • Scrutinize project approvals and ensure compliance with legal/technical aspects.
  • Monitor construction status periodically and maintain project databases.
  • Facilitate fast approvals for new residential projects.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and strengthen ties with builders/developers for repeat business.
  • Identify new revenue streams through partnerships.
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Guide and develop technical policies for housing finance.
  • Monitor portfolio delinquencies related to technical aspects.
