DEVA is seeking for Marketing Excellence Specialist;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing excellence, commercial operations, sales analysis or business development preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured mindset
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach across teams
- Capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in analyzing and visualizing data using platforms and MS office programs
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analyze markets, sales performance to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Support portfolio optimization, pricing and promotion through external and internal data analysis
- Develop and maintain marketing and sales performance dashboards, KPIs and generate actionable insights
- Coordinate sales forecasting with relevant stakeholders and monitor forecast accuracy
- Support go-to-market strategies, launches, and commercial initiatives
- Identify best practices across markets, drive standardization and process excellence
- Monitor sales force effectiveness and execution quality by contributing to segmentation, targeting, resource allocation and forecasting
- Play an active role in marketing planning by insight-focused approach
- Prepare insights, presentations, and recommendations for management reviews
- Analyze IQVIA (IMS) data to monitor market share, growth trends, and competitive positioning
- Drive launch excellence by supporting pre-launch planning and post-launch performance tracking
- Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of marketing and sales activities
- Support omnichannel strategy and customer engagement optimization
