We’re looking for a Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to drive financial strategy and performance across our EMEA healthcare business.

What You’ll Do

Be a strategic partner to the business 🤝

• Partner with commercial leaders on revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and go-to-market initiatives

• Analyze pipeline performance, market trends, and sales data to inform decision-making

• Support deal evaluations, investment decisions, and incentive plan effectiveness

Own planning and forecasting for a global region 🌍

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for our EMEA healthcare business

• Build financial models (scenario, sensitivity, ROI) to support strategic decisions

• Partner with global FP&A and regional leaders to align assumptions and drive performance

Turn data into insight 📈

• Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to leadership

• Build and enhance dashboards using tools like Tableau

• Continuously improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and analytical rigor

What You Bring

• 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or operations finance

• Experience supporting regional or global businesses (EMEA exposure preferred)

• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)

• Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to partner across functions and geographies

Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 🎓
