We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, emotionally intelligent Sales Development Rep Ninja 🥷 to help support our growth, customer experience, and completed appointment goals across the Wellnite platform.
This is not a traditional SDR role. You’ll be part sales, part operations, part customer success, and part problem-solver. You’ll help potential clients move from “interested” → “booked” → “completed session” while creating an outstanding experience every step of the way. If you thrive in high-speed startup environments, love multitasking, and know how to communicate with empathy while still driving results, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with incoming leads via SMS, phone, email, and chat
- Help users complete bookings and attend appointments
- Follow up with warm leads and reduce drop-offs
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams when issues arise
- Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment support
- Help improve completed appointment conversion rates
- Deliver an exceptional and caring customer experience
- Keep CRM and tracking systems updated accurately
- Multi-task across multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues
- Support growth initiatives and outreach campaigns when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Ability to multitask without losing quality
- Emotionally intelligent and solution-oriented
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations professionally
- Sales, customer support, healthcare coordination, or SDR experience is a plus
- Native English speakers, bilingual candidates, or professional fluency are a major plus
