We’re looking for a highly organized, fast-moving, emotionally intelligent Sales Development Rep Ninja 🥷 to help support our growth, customer experience, and completed appointment goals across the Wellnite platform.

This is not a traditional SDR role. You’ll be part sales, part operations, part customer success, and part problem-solver. You’ll help potential clients move from “interested” → “booked” → “completed session” while creating an outstanding experience every step of the way. If you thrive in high-speed startup environments, love multitasking, and know how to communicate with empathy while still driving results, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with incoming leads via SMS, phone, email, and chat
  • Help users complete bookings and attend appointments
  • Follow up with warm leads and reduce drop-offs
  • Coordinate with providers and internal teams when issues arise
  • Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and appointment support
  • Help improve completed appointment conversion rates
  • Deliver an exceptional and caring customer experience
  • Keep CRM and tracking systems updated accurately
  • Multi-task across multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
  • Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve operational issues
  • Support growth initiatives and outreach campaigns when needed

  • Sales, customer support, healthcare coordination, or SDR experience is a plus
  • Native English speakers, bilingual candidates, or professional fluency are a major plus
