What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, career development, organizational development, payroll and labor law
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of handling reporting and data analysis
- Excellent command of English
- A proactive thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Exceptional presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- A lifelong learner who keeps up with the latest HR trends and best practices
- For male candidates, completion of military service is required
Your Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters
- Lead and implement employee relations and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies and labor law.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and standards
- Design and execute the company’s performance management system, including competencies and evaluation frameworks
- Oversee talent management practices, including succession planning and career development initiatives
- Manage and support promotion and career progression processes.
- Develop and deliver engagement and motivation projects that strengthen company culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
- Conduct and oversee exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
- Drive the development of company culture.
- Measure employee satisfaction and design programs to enhance the employee experience.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and activities designed to increase employee participation and strengthen cultural connection.
- Support and take an active role in payroll processes.
- Coordinate monthly learning and development activities and support learning platform operations.
