Purchasing Executive

With our strong production infrastructure and engineering expertise, we offer design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, operation, and maintenance services in solar and wind power plants, biogas and biomass facilities, floating solar plants, energy storage systems (BESS), and digital energy technologies. We also create added value with our expertise in high-voltage substations, power grids, hydrogen solutions, as well as transportation and infrastructure projects.

Through our REAPG factory in Tuzla, we are expanding our capabilities in energy storage production and strengthening our vertical integration from EPC to BESS manufacturing.

We have successfully completed over 400 projects in more than 40 countries. With our headquarters, field operations, and robust manufacturing facilities, we contribute to sustainability goals both in Türkiye and in international markets.

Currently we are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Executive to join our team in Kartal, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, or related Engineering fields
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical procurement
• Experience in export, logistic operation and warehouse processes.
• Analytical skills, attention to details and excellent time management skills,
• Excellent team management skills,
• Ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office skills.

Job Description:

• Defining the commercial terms of high-volume purchases and conducting effective and technical negotiations to add value to the company's profitability.
• Managing suppliers commercially by examining the details of periodic reports.
• Performing, teaching, guiding, and evaluating purchasing price analyses.
• Securing domestic and international alternative supply sources and conducting research when necessary. Changing suppliers in crisis situations.
• Overseeing, controlling, and approving the proposals and orders followed by the purchasing team, intervening and correcting when necessary, and directing them to alternatives.
• Leading, managing, and directing the team on requests from the demand system, and addressing and correcting problematic requests.
• Checking and ensuring the control of periodic order delivery dates, and managing suppliers in critical situations
