About the Team

The Data and AI Team at Publicis Sapient is at the forefront of AI innovation, crafting scalable solutions for enterprises across industries such as Healthcare, Retail, and Automotive. Our team blends expertise in data science, AI/ML, and software engineering to solve complex business challenges. By leveraging state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies, we create applications like intelligent content moderation engines, AI-driven recommendation systems, and LLM-based enterprise solutions.

About the Role

• Lead the design and evolution of next-generation semantic search and product data enrichment solutions, collaborating with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers. Set technical direction for scalable, production-grade data science solutions by leveraging advancements in machine learning and applied data science.
• Will be a resident expert for Machine Learning, statistics, and scaling ML solutions and keeping pulse of emerging technologies, assess their relevance to client and our developers, and partake in architecture/technical decisions made by the team
• Translate complex business challenges into analytically driven solutions, independently defining problem statements, success criteria, and analytical approaches. Provide clear recommendations that influence product, engineering, and business decisions.
• Combine, explore and draw insights from data. Often large and complex data assets from different parts of the business.
• Design and build explorative, predictive- or prescriptive models, utilizing optimization, simulation and machine learning techniques
• Prototype and pilot new solutions and be a part of the aim of ‘productionizing’ those valuable solutions that can have impact at a global scale
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets to enable the business to take data-driven decisions
