YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will be responsible for planning the activities and setting strategic goals for your field engagement teams while providing strong leadership to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- You will take a hands-on approach to improving the platform experience of our business partners by personally coordinating engagement, motivation, and retention projects directly in the field.
- Leveraging your data-driven mindset, you will monitor field operations using advanced analysis tools to identify potential bottlenecks and develop proactive solutions.
- You will be expected to develop and implement data-backed models aimed at optimizing operational speed and increasing partner satisfaction across all field activities.
- A key part of your responsibility will involve analyzing field performance and partner feedback through technical metrics to prepare comprehensive management reports.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We are looking for candidates who have graduated from Engineering faculties (preferred) or Economics and Administrative Sciences.
- You should have at least 3–4 years of experience in managing field operations, leading teams, or driving process improvements.
- A strong technical foundation is essential, specifically advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel, and preferably a working knowledge of SQL.
- We expect you to have proven experience in leading field engagement teams and a track record of effectively tracking performance metrics.
- As this is a field-centric role, you should be eager to spend a significant portion of your time on-site, communicating directly with business partners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You must possess strong persuasion skills and the ability to serve as a professional communication bridge between field stakeholders and the head office.
- Proficiency in English is required to successfully manage operational processes and follow through with international reporting standards.
