Product Development & Localization
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch (timeline, budget, quality).
- Localize Western CPG products for Asia markets, ensuring strong consumer relevance.
- Translate consumer insights into product features, design, and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and marketing to bring products to life.
Consumer & Market Insight
- Identify consumer needs and derive actionable product implications.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and white space opportunities.
- Drive product differentiation based on clear consumer and market insights.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as key interface between sales, HQ, sourcing, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication across the full product lifecycle.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor product performance and gather structured market feedback.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization with stakeholders.
Commercial Support & Product Advocacy
- Act as product ambassador internally and externally.
- Support sales teams with product pitches, training, and customer presentations
What you offer
- 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Consumer Goods (CPG).
- Proven experience in localizing Western products for Asian markets
- Strong consumer understanding and ability to translate insights into products
- Solid project management and stakeholder management skill
- Commercial mindset with a strong sense for product differentiation
- Enjoyment of international projects
- Ability to travel as required
- Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
