Product Development & Localization

  • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch (timeline, budget, quality).
  • Localize Western CPG products for Asia markets, ensuring strong consumer relevance.
  • Translate consumer insights into product features, design, and positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing and marketing to bring products to life.

Consumer & Market Insight

  • Identify consumer needs and derive actionable product implications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and white space opportunities.
  • Drive product differentiation based on clear consumer and market insights.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as key interface between sales, HQ, sourcing, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure alignment and effective communication across the full product lifecycle.

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor product performance and gather structured market feedback.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization with stakeholders.

Commercial Support & Product Advocacy

  • Act as product ambassador internally and externally.
  • Support sales teams with product pitches, training, and customer presentations

What you offer

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Consumer Goods (CPG).
  • Proven experience in localizing Western products for Asian markets
  • Strong consumer understanding and ability to translate insights into products
  • Solid project management and stakeholder management skill
  • Commercial mindset with a strong sense for product differentiation
  • Enjoyment of international projects
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
