Ensure timely completion and submission of documents of foreign employees to visa centers/embassies/consulates;
Coordinate work with travel agencies;
Maintain reporting and develop a database of foreign employees;
Advise employees on labor law matters;
Assist with housing search and lease arrangements;
Monitor changes in international travel regulations and requirements;
Ensure timely provision of all necessary documents for foreign specialists and their family members to obtain visas at embassies/consulates in Tashkent;
Prepare documents in a timely manner for obtaining/extending entry visas to Uzbekistan, and submit applications for temporary registration of foreign specialists;
Prepare all required documentation in a timely and high-quality manner to obtain work permits for foreign specialists;
Resolve issues related to accommodation of foreign specialists in Tashkent;
Provide support in finding and arranging housing and, if necessary, preschool and secondary educational institutions.
Requirements:
Higher education degree;
Knowledge of:
Labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
HR administration fundamentals;
Procedures for preparation, maintenance, and storage of HR documentation;
Principles of creating and maintaining personnel databases;
Legal aspects of labor relations;
Procedures for employment, registration, and legalization of foreign nationals;
Visa requirements and migration regulations;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
Experience interacting with government authorities, visa centers, and embassies;
Ability to work with large volumes of documentation and meet deadlines;
Skills in reporting and data systematization;
Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
High level of responsibility and attention to detail;
Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
