Position Overview:

As the "Executive Assistant"; you will provide high-level administrative support, managing agendas, communications and priorities effectively. Working closely with one of our Board Members, you will track key processes and proactively anticipate needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience,
• Advanced spoken and written English,
• Strong project and time management skills,
• Effective communication skills with a proactive mindset,
• Results-oriented and able to take initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, meeting schedules and stakeholder communications,
• Proactively track, monitor and report on key projects and cross-departmental initiatives,
• Prepare executive presentations and materials with clear, impactful messaging,
• Oversee document workflows, approvals and administrative processes with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality,
• Organize end-to-end travel, meetings and events.
