Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, for an Executive Assistant to the Operating Partner. Responsibilities include providing high-level executive administrative assistance, managing scheduling and calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing correspondence. The role entails creating expense reports, organizing confidential documents, and streamlining workflows to support the Operating Partner efficiently. Acting as a reliable point of contact, the Executive Assistant will ensure seamless communication, track key deliverables, and contribute to the operational success of the organization.
