As the Group IT Supply Chain & Enterprise Applications Manager, you will lead and govern functional application domains across all Dr. Max countries. Your mission is to translate business priorities into scalable global solutions while ensuring robust delivery, support, and budget governance. You will be a key driver in aligning our Supply Chain, Finance, and HR systems with our ambitious international growth plans.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the global IT strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for Supply Chain (core focus), Finance, and HR.
- Operational Governance: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of global application platforms.
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Drive the roadmap for logistics, warehouse operations (WMS/WCS), planning, and purchasing.
- Program Management: Govern major IT programs, including process design, functional validation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Financial Oversight: Manage global budgets and perform cost-benefit analysis for IT investments.
- Innovation & Excellence: Establish functional competence centers and ensure the leveraging of AI within your domains.
What do we expect from you?
- Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in IT leadership, Product Management, or Program Management.
- Technical Depth: Strong background in Supply Chain systems (WMS, WCS, MES, QM) and experience with ERP/HR/Finance integrations.
- Education: University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead international teams and manage senior stakeholders (COO, CFO, Group CIO).
- Language: Fluent English is a must; Czech or Italian is an advantage.
- Industry: Experience in retail is a significant plus.
