We are looking for a talented and driven Project Manager to lead cross-organizational initiatives across digital, innovation, and regulatory domains.
What you’ll do?
- Lead and manage end-to-end cross-functional projects in the fields of digital, innovation, and regulation
- Analyze and define complex business processes to enhance segmentation and improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders and interfaces, ensuring alignment and driving business value AND distribution partners (agents)
- Oversee sales policy implementation and optimization
- Conduct in-depth system testing and drive solutions to improve performance and operational processes
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in project management within a large organization (1,000+ employees)
- Strong ability to work with multiple, complex stakeholders and drive cross-organizational processes
- Broad business and system understanding, including ROI analysis and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Experience in data analysis – an advantage
