You are responsible for
- Promote and sell medical products or service to Hospital or healthcare professional in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with key decision makers including doctors, nurses and other stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target and KPIs
- Prepare the tendering documents of site preparation and 3rd party purchasing with specification and budget. Figure out concrete project implementation plan with all related partner and closely follow up project progress
- Deliver professional site planning drawing and advice to end-user and partner based on Planning Reference Data of Philips Healthcare. Manage the contractor during site preparation.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above major in Business or Sciences or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years related working experience, sales/ account management experiences from healthcare/ medical device industry.
- Patient monitoring device or acute/sub-acute ward experiences will be an advantages.
- Independent, good execution capability and strong desire for success
- Excellent communications skills with pragmatic attitude in align with customer satisfaction
- Excellent oral and written skills on English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
