We’re on the lookout for a visionary creative leader who can take our motion function to the next level—blending AI-powered innovation with timeless storytelling and execution.
This is not just another design role—it’s a leadership position where you’ll inspire a team, collaborate with top management, and shape the future of creative storytelling.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a team of motion artists, video editors, and scriptwriters—raising the bar on creativity and professionalism.
- AI + Creativity: Scale video creation from scripting to storyboarding to delivery using AI-first workflows (90% AI + 10% old school magic).
- Creative Direction: Conceptualize and execute videos, reels, case studies, and product launches for B2B & B2C clients.
- Old-School Strengths: Still love After Effects, Premiere, or traditional tools? Great—you’ll blend them with AI-driven storytelling.
- Collaboration: Work with copy, design, brand, and strategy teams; partner with leadership to bring integrated ideas to life.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of global trends, experiment with new techniques, and set industry benchmarks.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in motion graphics, video, animation, and AI-driven workflows.
- Strong production house experience (worked in/with).
- Proven leadership managing creative teams.
- Expertise across animation/editing tools + comfort with AI tools.
- A storyteller at heart with strong visualization and ideation skills.
